The center is open Monday through Fridays, 1000-1600. All visitors must have a government issued identification card such as a passport or driver’s license and must abide by the rules governing the Bates Center holdings. Some holdings not yet catalogued may not be available at your visit Currently the collection includes all books published by Betty Neuman, selected text books where Neuman is referenced, unpublished papers and other documents. In addition, materials pertaining to the formation of the Neuman Systems Model Trustee Group, symposia proceedings, minutes of  Trustee meetings and other documents related to the Trustees group are located in the Bates Center.
