The theme for the 9th
Biennial International Neuman Systems Model Symposium was “The Neuman Systems
Model: Where It All Began…Challenges for the Future”. The symposium provided a
forum for discussion and dissemination of work related to the further
development, refinement, and use of the Neuman Systems Model and its concepts
and propositions in nursing theory, research, practice, education, and
administration. The papers and posters presented at the concurrent sessions are
